The teenage years can bring out a variety of growing issues be it through confirmation of the body so sore knees, bodies growing faster than a teenager knows what to do with on the sports pitch, lack of confidence and with that poor posture and ‘puppy’ fat be it through under activity or too much of ‘the sweet stuff’ with their friends.
