By understanding what motivates each person, I can tap into their passions and keep them focused. Seeing clients transform and thrive is what drives me every day, and I am committed to supporting them with care, expertise, and a personalized approach.

Following the completion of a Law degree at Exeter University, I began my working life as a marketing broker in London. I spent three fun years in the city but soon realized that it was not the life for me.

​

I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my passion for sport and fitness as a career. I qualified as a personal trainer and fitness advisor through the Premier Training Course in Guildford.

​

Bringing better health and fitness to my clients is incredibly rewarding. It's easy to get up at the crack of dawn to train when you know the positive impact you are having on someone’s life.

​

Sport and fitness have become a way of life for me, and I truly enjoy spreading my enthusiasm to my clients. My sports and hobbies include mountain biking, gym workouts, swimming, eventing horses, learning to surf, gardening, tending to the animals on our farm and most importantly spending time with my family and friends.

​

We have had the pleasure of welcoming our children, running businesses, and managing a small holding and livery yard. Following the delivery of our children by c-section and my return to fitness, I pursued my work as a personal trainer and my passion as an event rider. This personal experience helps me relate to my clients and their day-to-day challenges, enhancing my effectiveness as a trainer.
