About Me
Following the completion of a Law degree at Exeter University I began my working life as a marketing broker in London. I spent 3 fun years working in town but was soon to realise that was not the life for me.

I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my passion of sport and fitness as a career. I qualified through the Premier Training Course in Guildford as a personal trainer and fitness advisor.
​
Bringing better health and fitness to my clients is incredibly rewarding. It’s very easy to get up at the crack of dawn to train when you know the positive impact you are having on someone’s life.
​
Sport and fitness has become a way of life for me and I really enjoy spreading my enthusiasm to my clients. The sports and hobbies I pursue include trail running, mountain biking, spinning, gym workouts, swimming, kayaking, adventure races, eventing horses, learning to surf and much more.
​
We have had the pleasure of welcoming our children, running business’, managing a small holding and livery yard. Following the delivery of our children by c-section and coming back to fitness myself to pursue my work as a personal trainer and my passion as an event rider - I feel I’m able to relate to my clients and their day to day challenges - this helps me as a trainer.
