We see this term banded around a lot in the media but was does it actually mean?

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. "...a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

The team at FrankieFit pride ourselves on helping our clients learn about tuning in to what's important to them and what makes their body, minds and spirits happy. It's our aim to empower you with knowledge about nutrition, balancing your lifestyle, looking at stress levels, listening to yourself, finding out what exercise works for you and looking at personal goals be it related to fitness or on a broader level to your life as a whole.

We are looking at the whole picture and that is all the elements that make not only you - you... But also what does it take to make a happy and fulfilled YOU. Sometimes it's been a little while since we listened to our own wants and needs. Being parents, being busy with work, holding the responsibility of running your own business or carrying extra weight are all things that make us switch off of our own desires.
