These clubs have been run by FrankieFit with great success. You take group of friends or work colleagues and get together once a week at a regular time that all can commit to. Most commonly hosted at a friend’s house, FF Club’s most important tool is fun. We combine a warm atmosphere, with firstly a weekly weigh in, then ten minute nutritional chat with a new topic each week. Over the course of your Club meetings your nutritional knowledge for weight loss and once achieved for management of weight loss will be immense.

You will know exactly what to eat, what not to eat but more importantly you’ll now be taught exactly why. The increased depth of knowledge will enable you to control your healthy eating far more effectively. After this the class will finish with a 30 minute full body workout. Each week the exercises will be slightly different to keep members on their toes and their bodies working hard. A combination of boxercise, circuits, bootcamp training, resistance training and much more will be used to give you a hard workout where you’ll leave feeling proud, fatigued but highly motivated

The atmosphere will always be welcoming, whether friends or colleagues the sense of team support you will be received at meetings you will take away with you for the rest of the week. Together with your FrankieFit trainer the whole group will work towards achieving of individual goals as well as the well being of the group as a whole.
