

Circuits classes are fast paced combining cardio and resistance training to boost your metabolism by building muscle whilst contantly burning calories. You will only get short breaks in between workout stations. So you will work hard but classes will be targeted to suit a variety of fitness levels. Come along with a friend to add even more fun and competition to the workout or come and make friends with like minded people.
With a circuit class you’ll never get the same workout twice so you’re mind and body will never get bored. The classes will be hard work but leave you full of energy and enthusiasm. Fun games will be included in the circuit so you’re stomach muscles should be aching by the end of the class from the exercise as well as the laughter!
An assortment of activities will be performed to give you a good workout for all round fitness, working out all the muscle groups.
